When installing "git:send-email", the dependency "git" is notinstalled. Installing this also masks a local installation of gitmasked when running in a foreign distro. The particular failureobserved is that repos transferred over https no longer worked withthe error `fatal: unable to find remote helper for 'https'`.

This also happens in a different constellation. I have installed git viasystem config and git:send-email via user profile.
This also leads to the mention error with https repos.
